Formal and Bridal Collection Order Process
Made-to-Order Dresses
For a bespoke formal or wedding dress maid to your measurements:

Select a Dress – Choose from our catalog or message us to request design modifications.

Pre-Order – Click the Pre-Order (Made to Order) button to initiate your order.

Send Your Measurements – Provide your exact measurements. If needed, we may request additional measurements for accuracy. This step is critical to ensure proper fit. Made-to-order items cannot be returned/refunded due to measurements.

Please note: Dresses are made to your measurements without an in-person fitting. Some styles may require final adjustments by a local tailor, so please budget accordingly.

Production Timeline – Made-to-order dresses take approximately 4 to 16+ weeks (plus shipping time), depending on design complexity and production workload. If you need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking – Once your dress has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Design Modifications
You can personalize your dress with custom features such as:

Adding straps

Extending the train

Adding a skirt slit

Additional fees apply for modification​s. Pricing will be discussed before order confirmation.
