1. Order Cancellation & Returns
1.1 Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)​

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
1.2 Return Policy (Ready-Made Sizes)
If you purchased a ready-made size (not custom or made to order), you may return it within 48 hours of delivery, provided

The item has not been altered.

You notify us immediately upon trying it on.

The item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a return request is not made within 48 hours of delivery, the return will be refused.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be issued.
1.3 Custom-Made & Made-to-Measure Items​

Custom-made dresses and made-to-measure items are final sale and non-returnable.

These items are crafted according to your individual measurements, making them unique to each customer.

By placing an order, you agree to all store policies regarding custom orders.

2. Responsibility for Provided Measurements
2.1 Accuracy of Measurements

Your dress will be made exactly according to the measurements you provide.

We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Since remote tailoring does not allow for in-person fittings, we recommend budgeting for minor alterations by a local tailor if needed.
2.2 Providing Incorrect Measurements

If incorrect measurements are provided and later discovered, resizing fees may apply.

The cost of resizing depends on the necessary adjustments.

If you do not agree to the resizing cost, we will send the dress as originally ordered.
2.3 Changes in Body Size

If your body size changes after submitting measurements, we are not responsible for adjustments needed due to weight fluctuations.

Some elements, such as straps, sleeve length, or skirt length, may require minor alterations after delivery.

3. Size & Quality Claims
3.1 Reporting Issues

Claims regarding size, quality, or defects must be made within 12 hours of delivery.

Delivery is determined by the tracking system marking the package as "delivered."
3.2 Wrong Size Due to Seller’s Error

If an error occurs on our part (wrong size or color), report it within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue using pre-shipping measurements and customer-provided details.
3.3 Return Process for Corrections

If the error is confirmed, the buyer must return the item for corrections.

Adjustments take 1-3 days, depending on complexity.

The corrected item will be reshipped at our expense.

The buyer covers the return shipping cost.

4. Color Variations

Colors may appear differently due to lighting, device screens, and photography conditions.

Shades of white, ivory, pink, champagne, and beige can vary.
-
Veils ordered separately may differ slightly in shade from dresses.
