​Can I Return My Dress?

All made-to-order and custom dresses are final sale and cannot be returned. Since each dress is crafted specifically to your measurements, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you experience any issues with your dress, please contact us at info@jaushinanicole.com immediately upon receiving your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, including fabric sourcing and pattern creation, so cancellations will no longer be possible.

I Don’t Like the Dress—Can I Return It?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns simply because you change your mind. Every dress is crafted specifically for you, with carefully sourced materials and weeks of expert tailoring. If you’re unsure about the silhouette, we recommend trying on a similar style at a local boutique before placing an order.

What If My Dress Doesn’t Fit?

  • Provided Accurate Measurements? Your dress should fit as expected. However, due to variations in body shape and dress structure, minor alterations may be needed. We strongly recommend budgeting for final adjustments with a local tailor.

  • Provided Incorrect Measurements? If the measurements you submitted were incorrect, we are not responsible for adjustments. Please double-check all measurements before ordering.

  • Seller Error? If a mistake was made in tailoring based on the provided measurements, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Note: Any sizing or quality concerns must be reported immediately (within 24 hrs) upon receiving the dress.

 

Ordering Process

  1. Choose Your Dress – Browse our catalog and select your favorite design.

  2. Customize (Optional) – Want modifications? Contact us to discuss changes like adding sleeves, changing the color, or adjusting the train.

  3. Place a Pre-Order – Select the Pre-Order (Made to Order) option.

  4. Submit Measurements – Send us your accurate body measurements.

  5. Confirmation & Production – After reviewing your measurements, we’ll confirm the order and begin production.

  6. Dress Completion & Shipping – Once your dress is finished, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number.

 

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means your dress is made-to-order, tailored to your measurements and specifications.

 

When Will My Dress Ship?

Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design:

  • Simple Designs: 3–6 weeks

  • Detailed Embellishments & Embroidery: 6–12+ weeks

For exact timing, please contact us before placing your order.

What If The Dress Needs Adjustments After I Receive It?

Minor tailoring may be necessary for the perfect fit, especially for details like:

  • Sleeve length

  • Strap adjustments

  • Hem/skirt length

Because fittings cannot take place during production, we advise setting aside a budget for local alterations.
